Christmas is more than a date on the calendar, it is a place in the heart. It is memories. A special toy, a decorated tree, a family tradition, all of these things are memories of Christmas. The National Christmas Center is the place to share those wonderful memories.

Tours at the National Christmas Center are self-guided. Please allow at least a one hour stay. For groups of 20 or more, we will accommodate your schedule by either opening earlier or opening during our 'close-down' period (Jan - May). The National Christmas Center is handicap accessible and there are numerous seating opportunities throughout the exhibits.

Group Arrival

Upon arrival at the National Christmas Center, have your driver pull the coach up to the front steps or handicap ramp. Please have your group remain on the coach. A representative will greet your group and offer a brief introduction of the tour. Ample coach parking is available on the grounds.
Students and youth groups are asked to have at least one adult for each 5-6 children. We also require that students/youth stay with their chaperones.
