Christmas is more than a date on the calendar, it is a place in the heart.
It is a time of
treasured memories; a special toy, a decorated tree, a family tradition.
National Christmas Center is the place to share those wonderful memories.
Tours at National Christmas Center are self-guided.
Please allow at least a 1 1/2 hour stay.
For groups of 20 or more, we can sometimes
accommodate your schedule by either opening earlier or opening during our 'close-down' period
(January - February). National Christmas Center is handicap accessible and there are numerous
seating opportunities throughout the exhibits.
Group Arrival
Upon arrival at National Christmas Center, have your driver pull the coach up to the front steps or wheelchair ramp.
Please have your group remain on the coach. A representative will greet your group and offer a brief introduction of the tour.
Ample coach parking is available on the grounds.
Students and youth groups are required to have at least one adult for each 5-6 children. We ask that students/youth stay with their chaperones during their tours.
